We used Smile for 2 years, and Gameball is in a league of its own. There are SO many more features that you cannot even compare the two. As it currently stands, one would be foolish to use any other loyalty program from the Shopify app store than this one. The customer support is fantastic and the app just works incredibly well with tons of clever features.

I am still deliberating if this is the right app for us, but I really like the promise of it. The team is dedicated (though time zones can cause a little hassle) and they're striving to do something new and interesting here. I will update this review later if I end up using the app. I am optimistic though.

We started to use Gameball last october and so far this is going very well. The app is really powerful and the potential is just huge. Also the team behind Gameball is so dedicated. We had many issues at first and they addressed our issues quickly and always with a smile. The customer support is really openminded and keen on improving the app further. Definitely an app to watch and try !

Have been looking for an app that helps my store to do the VIP system. I've tried like 10+ apps and most of them are not useful for me, not to mention the high price. But Gameball is literally the best app so far I've used. Reasonable price and useful function. Also their support team answer so quickly (like within half an hour?) Would definitely recommend all of you to try!

Alright, so there were some issues at first (not going to lie it almost caused us to delete the app). But they did have GREAT communication after a few messages and emails (they have an in-app chat, it's great). They addressed the concerns and we're sticking with them. Their app is beautiful, easy to use and we had instant sign-ups on it. Do not hesitate to download - in less than 24 hours we had 60 sign-ups and haven't even launched our campaigns yet regarding there being rewards. I applaud them for addressing the concerns and their communication.

Found and tested this rewards app after a few tries with others. Definitely one of the best looking and functional app. Many creative ways to reward customers and makes us feel proud to have this running on our interface. Highly recommended!

The scope of this app is very exciting, plus it looks incredibly intuitive and user-friendly on the front end. Where Gameball have impressed me the most though is with their support. Extremely responsive live chat together with a keenness to understand our business and willingness to adapt the app and introduce new features is great to see. We’re not live with it just yet because we haven’t had time in the run-up to Christmas to properly configure it, but we can’t wait to see our customers taking their loyalty to the next level in the new year! Definitely give it a go.

Amazing tool! Super intuitive, very user-friendly, and wonderfully organized. It is quite easy to set up and to understand how to create the perfect loyalty program. In regards to the image and the ease of use, it goes above and beyond all other apps that we've tried (and we've tried a lot). We were able to create a meaningful, rewarding, fun, and intuitive experience for all our customers. Where it really shines is when you take the time to implement and personalize every feature according to your brand. You can set it up quickly if you want a simple and effective program, or dig deeper and establish a complex and impactful gamification experience that goes far beyond the usual loyalty points app. Our customers love it. The support team is a charm to work with as well!

The app looks great both in the back office and on the website for customers to use with lots of nice features. Would be great to see some of the top-end features onto the Pro plan but might just be wishful thinking. The team responds, seemingly any time of day, with answers and help.

Gameball is a very good points rewards app with very nice UI design. Here are its benefits: 1) Great front UI design with attractive icon and interface 2) Nice and simple backend interface to easily understand all settings 3) App integration function which can achieve customer leave review ( I'm using judge.me and get points rewards 4) Nice custom message pop up function to different audience. Hope more function will be added by developer to make this rewards app greater.

Best Loyalty program in the market. Great interface and great customer service. The app gives you a full range of options and at the same time, you can integrate it into multiple languages. Fully recommend this app!

Would highly recommend this app. For a free service, it is very very worth it. The customer support is also top-notch. There are so many customizable options it's ridiculous.

It took me 3 hours to research and decide, Gameball supports spanish, our local currency (Chile) and the pricing goes by hand with the store results. It took me 2 hours to set up all, you can customize everything! Really easy to do, it really feels like a game, had fun doing it.
