Great support experience with Pandectes. Konstantinos was very responsive and helpful in diagnosing a complex Consent Mode V2 conflict on our Shopify stores. He took the time to walk us through the setup step by step and went the extra mile to investigate directly with collaborator access. Highly recommend the app and the support team.

I needed to make changes to my website after an update and had no idea how to do it. Konstantinos was super helpful & patient in walking me through the steps until it was all sorted out!

Konstantinos identified a critical consent double-blocking issue that had our analytics flatlined for days. After migrating our monitoring site to Shopify, all marketing and analytics tags (FB Pixel, GA4, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) were completely blocked - even after visitors accepted the consent banner. We had the Pandectes GTM template installed correctly, but something was still wrong. Multiple support sessions couldn't crack it. Konstantinos got access to our GTM container and pinpointed the root cause within minutes: the "Require additional consent" setting was double-blocking tags that already respect consent natively through Google Consent Mode. He fixed the GA4 tag directly, then gave clear guidance on exactly which tags needed the same update and which ones to leave alone. He also followed up proactively to confirm data was flowing and explained how our regional consent model (opt-in for EU/US privacy law states, opt-out for the rest) interacts with tag firing. Store is now fully compliant with Google Consent Mode and all services are receiving data again. Konstantinos knows the technical side deeply - he doesn't just point you to docs, he digs into the actual GTM setup and fixes it. Highly recommend.
