Lousy App and Extremely unhelpful support. Last year, when I installed the App, they got partner access to my store and integrated a numbers of tags which were connected through Google App on Shopify. I have long had conflicting issues of duplicating tracking of Ads converstion. When I have found out this App is creating the issue, the App provider did not help . the write very long story and I have difficulty to get substance out of it. They created the mess by accessing to my store, they could solve by accessing again. Probably they do not have competence to help. I do norecommend others to use the App

The tracking issues you described appeared after updates and migrations of tags in the Google Sales Channel on August 18, based on your messages, and were not related to changes made by our app. In fact, we have not had access to your store or made any modifications since 2024, when we assisted you with a custom pixel configuration regarding GA4. That support was outside the scope of our app’s core functionality, but we provided it to be helpful. We also ensure that we inform and obtain confirmation from merchants whenever any changes are requested, to remain transparent and responsible. Waiting for the support for like an hour, no response despite the widget showing the support is active and they will respond fast.

Free cookies banner is great. Everything else is a nightmare to setup. Wasted an hour of my time. Then said the app still needed hours of configuration or I could pay them $300. Insane.
