I chose to use Pandectes GDPR Compliance app after I saw the poor reviews for Shopify's native privacy app. Support from Nikos was excellent as he walked me through the setup for Google Consent. Highly recommend this app.
It was hard for us to set up everything the right way so that we are fully compliant with the new Google Consent Mode V2. But thanks to Christos we managed to install a great cookie banner!

Messed up my Meta ad traffic- now trying desperately to uninstall! Wished I'd known this before installing- costing me £000k's

Really amazing customer service. Had a problem that was caused by our tags and Panos fixed it even getting in touch over the weekend to make sure we were up and running in time . Would thoroughly recommend.

The app was fairly easy to install. The questions I had were quickly answered by Christos. He also helped me to double check that everything worked and also gave me some tips about banner positioning and other things. So far very satisfied!

Decided to give this app a try after our original cookie consent choice failed to work correctly. I had seen comments on a Google Consent Mode v2 forum thread from Nikos who was clearly very knowledgable about requirements. Installation was easy and Pandectes offer lots of support articles to walk you through the configuration. I then reached out to their live chat asking them to check it was all working correctly behind the scenes. Nikos responded immediately, checked it and confirmed that we are now compliant with Google Consent Mode v2 advanced. Great support and an app that does the job. The reporting and auto-generated cookie policy is also handy (available with the Plus plan).

After having problems with a different GDPR app that messed up my google analytics, I was somewhat reluctant to install another. Pandectes was recommended to me and after a simple installation, everything was running smoothly. Support was extremely helpful during the process and Christos has helped me with other minor issues along the way. Overall, a great application with amazing support. What's not to like?!
