The experience with this app is awesome not because of the app, which is great but because of the additional assistance from Christos. It would have taken me days to go through all the possible combinations of settings with all the other stuff that I have going on but he gave guidance step by step and quickly enough so the app is configured as it should be in a matter of minutes. That alone is priceless.

Thank you for this amazing support Christos! He set everything up for me, exactly like I ask him. He also made a lot of customizations in the code, so I didn't had to pay a developer for it.

Customer Support is Awesome. Nikos & Christos helped me asap. The App is perfect and does everything it should. Best Thing: Free Version is good and you have not to pay for the app to get all necessary features.

Christos was assisting us, he was really helpful and answered all of our questions! The app looks great and allows for a high level of customisation. Christos additionally gave us pointers on how we can improve the banner and helped with identifying services collecting data on our page.

We downloaded Pandectes to be GDPR compliant and it was extremely easy to set up and intuitive. I messaged support to ensure we are compliant because it's our first time to set up a Shopify store, Christos came online in less than a minute and offered to review the website and check we are compliant. Within a couple of minutes he had reviewed our website and made a couple of recommendations to ensure customers don't decline by mistake and to position the banner where it doesn't cover our logo/header. I would recommend this app and thanks to Christos for the excellent and friendly support

This app is great, and it works well for people in Quebec with law 25/loi 25 too. It has easy translations, is at a reasonable cost, and has a bunch of features to be compliant to the law. The customer service is lovely. Christos made custom CSS changes for us, as requested, and executed it wonderfully. I recommend this app!

We just swaped from another cookie consent app to this one a few hours ago and don't regret a single second. We even upgraded our plan almost immediatly to $9, after we accidently get in contact with support. there is a button called "Check compliance" and we thought this is just to do a simple check about our settings but instead a support member just got in contact with us and checked our store. He found a few problems that of which we knew nothing until now and most important fixed it without any charge. Based on this experience, we can recommend everyone, explicitly in Germany, to use this APP. If you don't have much time or don't want to deal with all the regulations regarding the cookie policy, the support will definitely help you so that everything works. 5 Stars from our Site - very glad we found this.
