I must commend the staff member who assisted me with my needs. They were incredibly helpful and efficient with their response time. Their promptness in resolving my issue was truly impressive. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met exceeded my expectations. It is rare to come across such a dedicated and committed individual, and I am grateful to have had the pleasure of working with them.

I was originally on the free plan as I thought that was all I required. Having seen issue with my google ads reporting and shopify analytics not reporting the same numbers I leaned that my cookie banner and gdpr was not set up correctly but also to have the features I required I needed to upgrade my plan. I got in touch and was greeted by Konstantinos who was literally 5 star. he set up my banner to function better but also made sure everything was gdpr complaint for google and that tags etc were all reporting as should be. This was vital as I needed to correctly track and report my ad campaigns. Everything was done in less than 10 minutes and Konstantinos was extremely helpful. 5 star service and support!

I am just about to set up the app, but I got quick and responsive help. I miss some custom design options in this PLUS plan, but I like it overall. Great Customer Service!

We just tried it during some days and the acceptance rate from our customers is very high. In addition I had a loading problem from social media traffic, quickly contacted Pandectes via chat, gave them access to the theme and the problem was solved within 2 minutes. This is great! Thanks again
