言語の設定がうまくいかず、根気よく、細かな設定にも対応してくださいました。設定が十分なのか、不足があるのか少し分かりにくく、チェック事項などがあるといいなと思いました。しかし、質問したらすぐに教えてくれるので満足です。 I had trouble setting the language, and they patiently responded to the detailed settings. It is a little difficult to understand whether the settings are sufficient or insufficient, so I thought it would be nice to have check items. However, I am satisfied because I will tell you immediately if I ask a question.

A handy application for creating a notification for visitors to the site about the use of cookies. Support also helps with settings if you can't implement something yourself.

Super App mit tollen Funktionen + Support! Ich habe schon mehrere Apps in diesem Bereich ausprobiert, aber diese finde ich bisher mit Abstand am Besten. Das liegt vor allem an den Funktionen und die verständlichen Informationen. Zudem ist der Support wirklich klasse und hat mir geholfen die Themen zu verstehen. So ist DSGVO endlich easy umsetzbar!

I was stuck with something I had been trying to figure out for hours! Christos was amazing and managed to fix it all so quickly. He was very patient and listened to each question I had. Nachdem ich alle Cookie Apps getestet habe, würde ich sagen dies ist die beste App auf dem Markt. Eine sehr komplexes Problem wurde hier hervorragend und benutzerfreundlich gelöst. Vor allem der Kundensupport ist herausragend - auch um 21:00 Uhr. Also ich kann die App nur zu 120% empfehlen. Top top top!

You often need support with Shopify Apps due to different themes and so on, so I think that quick support is important. The support team of this app is really fast and they take their time to help out and answer all your questions!

They have great customer service. I have been in frequent contact with Mr. Christos. He responded quickly to my messages. There were a number of issues we were trying to resolve on our site and we were able to fix them all thanks to Him. I strongly recommend the application :)

I have been using the Free version of the App and it has been a good experience so far. As my store grows, I would certainly consider upgrading for additional features including analytics. The App is easy to use and provides needed functionality for global policy compliance. Also, thanks to Nikos for help with setup questions.
