We tried many GDPR apps. Their support won us over. This app was the ONLY one that worked with the consent test "window.Shopify.customerPrivacy.userCanBeTracked()" Seems recently the GDPR consent became a little more tricky to pass this test properly. And they provided fast, skilled support for our styling needs. Impressed, and appreciate an app support that cares. Thank you Nikos and team :-) Highly suggest this app.

The paid version of the app is very good, the free version is a bit limiting. Since it is not the cheapest, 1 take away one star. Customer support from Nikos was great!

I use this app to help me ensure my customers have consent with how their data is being used. I haven't checked out all the features yet, but I am happy with both the app and the support I've received so far.

The GDPR Compliance Center app is fantastic. It is effortless to install, and you can have it configured in minutes. The app takes care of everything and informs your website visitors in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Also, the customer service that Nikos provides is excellent and very knowledgeable. Nikos is very nice and helpful. He helped me a lot with my headless implementation. Really appreciate! Talking about the app, I'm working on the implementation but it seems to fit our needs.

Free cookies banner is great. Everything else is a nightmare to setup. Wasted an hour of my time. Then said the app still needed hours of configuration or I could pay them $300. Insane.

He helped you for almost one hour by answering questions and setting up the app on your Shopify Plus store. You started your conversation by mentioning that you will give a review at the end based on your experience with us. At the end of this chat and having almost everything set up, you were disappointed because you wanted to set up the app in a shorter time period. I am really sorry for being disappointed with the so detailed support we gave you after all and for explaining to you any aspect of the app that you asked for. We've been through many different cookie banner apps. This is probably the best. Easy to use and well-structured Admin UI, all the features you could need. And if that isn't enough, support is quick to respond.

Really responsive support and the app does everything that it says it does! I would happily recommend Pandectes and this app if you need banners etc for GDPR compliance.
