Einfach und schnell einzurichtende App. Alles übersichtlich im Shopify Account einstellbar und individualisierbar. Schneller Chat-Support durch Cristos.
Christos was massively helpful in supporting our onboarding. Cookie banner is working well. Wasn't clear that we needed the premium plan to be GDPR compliant, however.
Only using the most basic version for now for a demo store, but so far so good and the support team are very responsive and helpful!

Wir kopieren diese Cookie-Liste in die Datenschutzerklärung. Die Kundenbetreuung ist nett und antwortet schnell.
This app has certainly helped with my stores international accessibility. The support team, in particular Christos, are always quick to respond and give suggestions where easy improvements can be made, with clear instructions on how to apply those changes. lack danish privacy policy - but fantastic service
The support addressed a few issues I was having with non EUR customers being prompted with a cookie banner. I'm waiting for a separate feature to allow an "OPT OUT" rule for California customers since their cookie policies are the opposite.
We are really sorry for the trouble and we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. The issue you mentioned is related either to the accuracy of the geolocation service of the app or due to the app settings during the setup process because the number of consents from the US is still low. The app works well and support is friendly and responsive (Thanks, Christos). I would love to see more detailed documentation for developers that makes it a little clearer what is actually happening in the code.

The paid version of the app is very good, the free version is a bit limiting. Since it is not the cheapest, 1 take away one star. Customer support from Nikos was great!
