Hervorragender Support – schnell, freundlich und unglaublich kompetent! Ich arbeite seit vielen Jahren mit verschiedensten Shopify-Apps, aber der Support von Pandectes gehört wirklich zur absoluten Spitzenklasse. Die Reaktionszeiten sind beeindruckend kurz, die Antworten immer klar, freundlich und lösungsorientiert – und selbst bei Detailfragen rund um Layout, CSS oder Design-Anpassungen wird sofort geholfen. In meinem Fall ging es um ein sehr individuelles Banner-Design mit dezenten Text-Links, geänderter Button-Reihenfolge und besonderen Hover-Effekten. Das Team hat alles geduldig begleitet, jedes Detail verstanden und schnell umgesetzt. Man merkt sofort: Hier arbeiten Menschen, die ihr Produkt lieben, verstehen und mitdenken. Excellent interface with lots of tools/option to meet your requirements. Assistance is always available if needed with live chat functionality within the app on Shopify, Natalie is always supremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We activated this plugin for 4 shopify stores. It is amazing. The price for Premium Plan is really competitive and the support in integration is outstanding. Natalie helped us a lot during the integration process and now our store is compliant with EU GDPR. Highly suggested.

Ermis was very helpful in my onboarding and the app has worked quite well with my Shopify store after the first day. Simple to set-up, easy to get going, and responsive support. We will see more within a few weeks how the app is performing.

Very quick and easy to install thanks to Ermis, the very helpful customer service expert I went through the set up with. We were using another provider for our consent and gdpr complaince and the platform was so much harder to use. Highly recommend Pandectes
