Just started using the app for our new ecommerce store and needed some help / advice on set-up. I got in contact with Pandectes through the live chat and spoke Christos who was super helpful, he took the time to walk me through the different options, made recommendations on what I could improve and helped me make the necessary changes. Excellent support from Christos, navigating the new Google v2 settings and helping make sure we're GDPR-compliant. He also offered some suggestions on how to get the best from the app. I've used this app on three sites now!

We have moved to Pandectes as we wanted a CMP which was built for Shopify and compatible with the Shopify Pixels implementation. The configuration is very easy and offers a wide range of possibilities, depending on the plan. You can be up and running in 20 minutes and customise the UI for your shop quite nicely. The Pandectes team with Panos and Christos is extremely helpful and always available, even when it becomes tricky with Shopify Pixels and Google Tag Manager. They have great insights into user acceptance, which allowed us to optimise the cookie banner. After testing it for 2 weeks, we're now rolling it out to our other shops. We made the right choice !

Die Installation ist einfach und mit der Doku findet man sich recht schnell in der App zurecht. Der Support (Christos) ist wirklich schnell und hat gemeinsam mit uns die Einstellungen in der App überprüft. Absolut empfehlenswert...
