I'm not a coder so setting up new apps is often a bit of a challenge. This one was straightforward. After setting it up, there was one thing I wasn't sure about so got in touch with their customer support who were quick to respond. so far so good, just installed the app, they offer great support with the innitial installation ,did not even have to ask for it and they know the right stuff regarding GDPR, Google etc. Still need to discover the rest of the app but for now def a 5 star app. Natalie and Marios were a great help with good advice.
