Support (Konstantinos) war excellent! He helped me on the stop to properly deinstall my old GDPR App (which interfered with Pandectes) and additionally set up all the settings for my needs AND added some CSS Styling for me. So far, setup support was great, I'll update this review once I can say that it works accuartly. Update: App works perfectly with Google Consent Mode and Support (Konstantinos + Natalie) were great and helped me all day to fix the issues we had! Thanks!

The app is easy to install and configure. I had some trouble with the styling, but the support from Konstantinos was excellent. They provide me with some customs CSS code right away and then everything was perfect!

The GDPR compliance and Google consent mode V2 were a bit overwhelming at first. But the instruction videos and the support team helped me set everything up correctly. Especially the final check, together with Konstantinos, the support assistant, gave me the confidence that I don't have to look at this again.

The customer service is amazing. Ermis helped identify my issue and suggested both paid and unpaid solutions. He then talked me through the set up to ensure maximum acceptance of cookies. I couldn't have done it myself and really appreciated his patient and understanding support. I feel much better now knowing that a human who knows what they are doing has told me my store is compliant.
