Fantastic support — even on the free plan I honestly did not expect this level of support. The team responded very quickly, explained everything clearly, and even offered to send a collaborator request and set up the required GDPR/CCPA elements directly in my Shopify store. What impressed me the most is that they helped me while I am still using the free Basic plan. Many companies would push you to upgrade to a paid plan first, but Pandectes did not do that. They reviewed my store, helped set up the Data Subject Request page, confirmed the Do Not Sell My Data setup, checked the consent banner, and made sure everything was working correctly. This is a fantastic service and truly professional support. It is rare today to find a company that is willing to give so much attention, go into the system, and help configure things properly for you especially without forcing an upgrade. I am very grateful for the help and highly recommend Pandectes GDPR Compliance to any Shopify store owner who wants a serious and reliable privacy/GDPR solution.
