App has been great and easy to setup/use. I reached out to support and Christos went above and beyond. I initially just had a compliance question and he checked through the entire configuration and caught that I had an issue with my analytics and tags.

I recently had the pleasure of using Pandectes' GDPR Compliance tool for our website, specifically their cookie consent banner tool, and I am thoroughly impressed. After trying a few different apps and not really getting what we were looking for, finally found this one. All the features you need and the support is amazing. Big thanks to Christos for all his help getting us set up. Great customer service.

We have tried four different cookie consent solutions. This is by far the best one. The service was excellent. Really liked that they checked that everything was setup correctly.

Christos was my advisor and he was able to answer all of my concerns and guided step by step through the process. He also check my store's compliance as well as advised me on some measures to take. I am very pleased with the services I got from Christos today

Todella hyvä asiakaspalvelu. Christos auttoi asentamaan sovelluksen ja siihen liittyvät GDPR lakitekstisivut ja suositukset! Sain vastaukset kysymyksiini muutaman sekunnin sisällä :) Vaihdan myös kahteen muuhun kauppaamme tämän sovelluksen helppouden ja asiakaspalvelun vuoksi. Itse sovellus toimii hyvin ja on hyvin muokattavissa ulkoasultaan ja sijainniltaan sivustolla 5/5.

Traite parfaitement le RGPD : attend le consentement du prospect, bloque les cookies de shopify et des autres apps et un service client excellent (merci christos) pour aider à installer le tout correctement.

As with all apps there is always something that needs some fine tuning and having Christos as one of the support techs makes the experience very simple and enjoyable! Everytime that we have reached out for support they have responded right away, also Christos has went above and beyond with recommendations too. Great app with great service. Hoping they offer it for other websites besides Shopify.

I've searched and tried various apps to help me with compliance for the various privacy and data protection laws around the world. I have to say Pandectes GDPR is probably one of the best on the market. Even with the free plan you have sufficient tools to avoid non-compliance and the consequences that come with that. My compliance Agent Christos has been very helpful in not just helping me through the process but also recommending smart suggestions to enhance the customer experience on my website no matter where they come from.
