The best thing about it is the fast setup - GPDR compliancy is quite a complex topic and to have someone like Natalie from the support team respond in a couple seconds to help with the setup is life saving!

Great support from Konstantinos , really helpful, fast and competent help. I needed the Plus version and was contacted directly. The support sees your request and follows up so that everything runs smoothly. I had never seen anything like it and I'm impressed. I can only recommend the app and the Plus version is worth it. Einfache Einrichtung und schneller Support. Endlich eine App, die meine Website DSGVO-konform macht. Leider etwas teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Lösungen, dafür aber rechtskonform.

The app works great but moreover the helpdesk works very well - opinion based on experience build on contact with Natalie who solved all my technical issues very fast and in professional way. She is polite and focused on the issue to be solved.

While I cannot say anything about the app, as my shop has not launched yet, the support is fast and fantastic! We dealt with a Shopify access request issue, and Natalie never lost a beat. Everything was solved and cleared with competence and a good dosage of humor. I could not have asked for more.

It is a very helpful and intuitive app - instructions on setting things up on their YT channel. Customer support is quick and responsive.
