Just upgraded from free to plus plan and customer service from Christos was most excellent. The live support is always available and I have not encountered any wait times at all. Would recommend this app to navigate the jungle of compliance.

I’ve been using Pandectes to manage GDPR compliance on my Shopify store, and so far I’m very pleased. The app is extremely easy to install and set up, making the whole process smooth and quick. Customer support has been excellent, with a special thanks to Konstantinos for checking that everything was properly configured. We’ll see how the app performs in the long run, but for now, it’s definitely a great choice!

Really good, uncomplicated app, but what makes Pandectes super, and really to further suggest is the fabolous support! Really understandable, hand in hand support is really outstanding. No robots, ai but real person with real helpful support, in also cases which is interface integrations. I can only say thanks for Alex for the top support!

Extremely easy to set up, had all options that we needed and the support (Konstantinos in our case) is incredibly fast (live chat reply within seconds!), super helpful and also very competent.

I've only just set up the app after issues with not being able to track conversions using various other options. We are now seeing conversions again and the support from Christos was amazing, 3 hours on chat of going through and removing all the junk code a previous advertiser had left and making sure everything was compliant and running correctly. 10 stars

The installation was very easy and Christos was very helpful in checking that the banner and consent mode was installed correctly. He even gave some good advice on improving approval ratings. Previously, I tried to use uibenda's GDPR banner, but I failed due to the difficult installation and poor step-by-step instructions.
