We'd like to clarify that our integration with the Pixel API is designed to utilize the consent event as intended by the platform. Any custom implementations built on top of that are beyond our responsibility and can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior. We did our best to assist you, including following up multiple times for specific information needed to reproduce the issue. Unfortunately, without that information, we were unable to proceed further. We remain available and committed to helping all our merchants and ensuring their needs are met in a professional manner. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we're always here to support our users.

I needed some help with getting my site GDPR compliant and I came across this app thought I try it out but was having some issues. But Natalie from the support team has really helped me out and she has even given me some helpful tips. Really appreciate that as my issue was resolved in seconds. Thank you Natalie!

The app is easy to understand, set up and navigate. I don´t need to be an expert to use it. Also the support team, especially Konstantinos, are a great help. He was fast, easy to understand, patient and helped me to make the required changes. Would totally recommend!

I was having a hard time with setting up my password protect page on Shopify - the default cookie banner doesn't work on that page! Never fear, Pandectes GDPR compliance app to the rescue! I was able to install the app, customise it, display it very quickly! Top tip - check the live version - the banner was not appearing in my shopify theme, but is there on the live version. Natalie from their support team was super helpful - she was able to put my mind at ease and checked it for me. She also gave me the snipppet of code to place in the password.liquid file to get updates appearing there ({% render 'pandectes-rules' %} - pop it just under the tag. She even waited in the chat until I had the PDF uploaded - privacy policy page won't show when the site is password protected - and reminded me to change it when I go live :) Thanks, Natalie!

I had some trouble getting the cookie banner and the right settings right, but I was incredibly helped by Nathalie. She guided me well which also enabled me to complete everything quickly and carefully.
