The app works great but moreover the helpdesk works very well - opinion based on experience build on contact with Natalie who solved all my technical issues very fast and in professional way. She is polite and focused on the issue to be solved.

While I cannot say anything about the app, as my shop has not launched yet, the support is fast and fantastic! We dealt with a Shopify access request issue, and Natalie never lost a beat. Everything was solved and cleared with competence and a good dosage of humor. I could not have asked for more.

It is a very helpful and intuitive app - instructions on setting things up on their YT channel. Customer support is quick and responsive.
