The application works very great and the CS is very responsive. Whenever we have had a question they have been there to help us and have responded promptly.

It was really easy to install the app, and when I recently asked the customer service rep Alex to check to make sure that my store was compliant, he did it and then went the extra mile to give me some helpful setup suggestions. I wish everything about ecommerce was this easy!

Pandected app and support is great, they released a feature that i needed to keep me updated with shopify customer events functionality.

I've used the free version of this app for a year or so and have been very happy. Today I recognised it was causing me some site speed issues as I had not updated my usage settings to keep abreast of Shopify changes. With help from Konstantinos at Pandectes live support, I did that, and followed some recommendations he made, and my site speed improved remarkably! Top notch app - top notch Support; thanks again Konstantinos :)

I just added the app on our shop. I was scrolling around to see its features, clicked by mistake on 'check compliance' thinking it would be a link to some compliance website. Instead, it opened to the chat. Konstantinos checked the compliance for me, jumped in as collaborator to make the necessary adjustments and modified the banner for the best optimization. What to say, I was expecting a couple of hours dealing with the setup, and now I can sip tea because it's all done. Shout-out to the great customer support!

By far the best app for this in my opinion. The reassurance to be compliant within the mind-boggling world of GDPR is worth the money with this app. Especially if like me, it's all a bit too much to get your head around. Lots of features, best of all, customer service is excellent, I have always received great help from all the advisors. Most recently I was helped by Alex, who solved a tracking related problem for me, super friendly, quick and efficient, Big thanks!!!
