Pandectes is a great app with the needed features, simple to set up and nice customer experience. Konstantinos and Alex during the App setup were very supportive, patient in answering our questions, excellent client service delivery, paid attention to details and both have great knowledge of the app. Both are valuable addition to the Team, keep it up!

the app works perfectly. i had an issue with the cookie banner, so I reached out to the team. and the service was very professional and responsive. although the process took a pretty long time, but the team was always very patient. I appreciate the app and the help from Pandectes.

Exceptional customer service, they setup everything for me making the banner compliant. Konstantinos was super fast and kind to answer all my requests. I kept having compliance issues with Google but he helped me out with that too. Cookies acceptance rate is around 95%, insane!!! I used another service before which was way too expensive and not closely efficient and effective as Pandectes.

Waiting for the support for like an hour, no response despite the widget showing the support is active and they will respond fast.
