I am thoroughly impressed with this application! It is incredibly easy to use, making it accessible even for those who aren't tech-savvy. The support team is exceptional – they respond very quickly and are always available to assist with any issues or questions. Their accommodating and helpful nature has made my experience even better. Highly recommend this application to everyone!

Absolutely great app! Straight forward and easy to use. Directions included so I was able to set up myself. Been using this app for over a year now without issue. Recently contacted support and they were able to quickly give direction and answer any questions I had.

This app is a piece of garbage. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel and they keep charging you every single month. The customer service is non existent. They take weeks to respond and the answers are garbage. DON'T INSTALL THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

Excellent app and support - would highly recommend this app. We had an issue with Instagram redirecting incorrectly and they were able to assist us rapidly and solve this relatively complex issue.

Very happy with the app. Would definitely recommend. Makes it automatic for visitors to switch to the correct country store. Updating because I have had the app for a bit and just adding how responsive customer service is!

Having issues getting set up. Have tried to contact support multiple times but am being blocked by 'prove your human' test which isn't fully displayed on the screen so I can't see what I'm supposed to answer. I don't have another way to contact support so can you please respond to me here as I'm having issues getting the app to work.
The merchant contacted us shortly after posting the review. The team has addressed all the queries raised by the merchant.

The app does its job very well is very easy to use! Small note/ hint: I wanted to adopt some redirect rules from the set of rules of one of our webstores, but found out that if you have the app open in multiple tabs, the change you make will be done in all open tabs. The SpiceGems team is fast, knowledgeable and very helpful. So far, all questions and requests have been answered completely and promptly. keep it up!

User friendly Geo IP redirection app, with simple to advanced level settings. We use it to direct traffic between 5 stores, each with a targeted geographic catchment area. The support team is extremely helpful and is happy to get hands on to help with any queries.
