This app Destroyed our website SEO. By doing redirect from US trafic to our second store. All the US page took paternity on our EU Website store.. So all our SEO Page from our official EU store started to being unidexed grom the GSC... We lost lot of trafic from our organic google trafic because our google page didn't exist anymore now it takes months to get our pages approved and reindexed to google and at the same top positions... Couldnt even get refund while we lost thousand of sales because of this. Hopefully we now saw it was caused by the app now we start to get our page back little by little..

Major search engine bots—such as Google, Apple, Bing, and Yandex (among others)—are excluded by default. I used this app to block China, but my analytics still show daily visits from China viewing my products. My shop is small (usually under 10 visits/day), yet for the past 3–4 months it’s jumped to 50+ visits/day, with over 90% from China. The developers said this is “normal” and suggested blocking them from analytics in Shopify, but many days I see no traffic from anywhere else — only China. If China is blocked, how are product pages being viewed from China DAILY? It doesn’t add up. I wouldn’t recommend paying for this app.
This app is a piece of garbage. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel and they keep charging you every single month. The customer service is non existent. They take weeks to respond and the answers are garbage. DON'T INSTALL THIS PIECE OF JUNK.
Having issues getting set up. Have tried to contact support multiple times but am being blocked by 'prove your human' test which isn't fully displayed on the screen so I can't see what I'm supposed to answer. I don't have another way to contact support so can you please respond to me here as I'm having issues getting the app to work.
The merchant contacted us shortly after posting the review. The team has addressed all the queries raised by the merchant.
No option to select global countries at once & exclude a few. The least one could expect. Please update the above said feature.
