Sehr gutes Onboarding. Alle Fragen konnten sofort im Chat beantwortet werden. Der Support hat unser Setup ausfühlich getestet und wir haben bereits nach wenigen Stunden die ersten internationalen Bestellungen erhalten - 5/5 Sterne!

horrible app. doesn't work. I try to save the changes I made to pop up but it's bugged doesn't save anything. stay away
[July 09] I know your first experience with Geos was not good, but if you’re open to giving the app another chance, I’d be happy to personally support you through the setup and stay with you until everything works properly on your store. We can review everything together. I’ve also sent you an email with the detailed support plan I prepared for you, so I hope you’ll have a chance to take a look. We’d really love the chance to make this right. ------ [June 13] I'm Lea from Geos app! We’re truly sorry that you ran into this issue while setting up your popup. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to make your changes and then be unable to save them. As soon as we received your message, our Development team investigated the issue and fixed it completely. The Save button is now working normally, and your changes should be saved as expected. We’ve also sent you an email with a personal follow-up and a solution prepared specifically for your store. Please have a look when you have a moment. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the chance to make things right. We’re always here if you need any further help.

Tried two different apps. This one is the better one by a mile. Ability to connect different expansion stores and the ease of doing it is excellent. Only item for improvement is that the settings didn't save often and were a bit laggy. This happened more when connected to our US VPN. Versus when being on our EU based servers. But once the settings saved it works well and as expected.

Lea and team are absolutely AMAZING. They always respond quite rapidly and are incredibly helpful in troubleshooting and fixes. I highly recommend this app to anyone in the ecommerce world who needs geolocation & redirect. Huge fan here!

Great app. Customer service are incredibly helpful, and customised a number of options to our needs. Perfect option for Geolocation.
At first I'm doubting because I'm changing from another app to Geos. Now, I say you can move forward with Geos. NIce app and most importantly nice support from customer service and dev team.
Their support team has been very helpful. We had an issue with our implementation that they were able to resolve.
