Amazing app honestly , but their support is what got me to write this review.. We had a glitch on the GiftBox app where one of our products wasn’t adding to cart properly, and Tina jumped in straight away. She checked everything step by step, kept me updated throughout, and reassured me that if she couldn’t fix it herself, the tech team would resolve it within two hours. In the end, that wasn’t even needed, she sorted the issue herself within 20 minutes. Super responsive, calm under pressure, and genuinely committed to helping. What a legend. Thank you, Tina.
