I love this app. It allows me to give back to my customers in the exact way I want to. The customer support is great too. The robot chat is really smart and quick and if its too complicated a live person jumps on pretty quickly. Everything I've needed to do, and every issue I needed to fix, was addressed quickly and with a very friendly and professional attitude. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who needs a free gift option for their website.
