This app is fantastic, easy to set up and use, easy to customize, css addition makes it simple to adjust to your brand and page exactly and when there was a feature I needed I messaged their team and they had it fixed and created in a few hours - amazing!!

Easy to integrate into your Shopify store. Every time I've reached out to support, I receive an answer in minutes (which is a huge plus) from Glecy who is super useful. The UI is easy to use and straight forward. There could be some more features to customise the widgets but overall a great app!

I had several requests and questions, and Melannie addressed each one with professionalism, while quickly resolving all my "issues." Her service truly exceeded my expectations! An impeccable customer experience that deserves to be highlighted. I highly recommend this app and Gift Box's customer service!

The app itself is very good and easy to use. But the real icing on the cake is the excellent customer service. Response time is quick and they are always happy to help you no matter your issue. Highly recommend! :)
