After lots of back and forth with the app developers we eventually had to uninstall this app as they were unable to fix the issues that arose and it made gift cards unusable.

We responded within 20 minutes of your report, called you directly, and resolved the technical part within 40 minutes. It seems that someone from your team later sent a gift card to the wrong recipient and disabled it, which caused it to become unusable.
