Unfortunately, we have to change our rating for the app. Everything worked as desired for quite some time. But suddenly, no more vouchers were arriving by email, neither for the recipient nor the sender. We contacted support about this, but unfortunately the help we received was very disappointing. The whole thing dragged on for a whole week and we quickly realized that we weren't going to get any help here. Since lots of vouchers are always bought at Christmas, we quickly decided to switch apps. All the best for the future! From Germany
