I use this app so that the customers can write an enclosure to the recipient when they buy the card. Lots of customization and very good support. I work for a high end nursery/gift store and we are very picky aesthetically. We are very happy with their clean and clear interface.

We installed this app to enable customers to purchase and send gift cards to recipient emails, and to schedule when they were delivered. We did not have the ability to do this on our Shopify store. I was under a deadline to get the app working so we could advertise gift cards in an SMS campaign the next day. Tim worked with me to address my issues, even going as far as hopping on a Zoom call to walk me through the configuration questions I had. Out of all the 3rd party apps we have installed on our store, Gift Card Pro definitely has the best customer service. It's so rare that I get a same-day response, let alone within minutes.

What an amazing app! Before, selling Gift Cards was very cumbersome for our customers. They had to purchase the card then email it to the recipient, not very "gifty". With Gift Card Pro our customers can choose the card that fits their occasion and style, pick the amount they feel comfortable with and it sends directly from our store. The best part is the gifter can record a video and really personalize the experience. The team at Gift Card Pro was so helpful in setting things up and making sure the app worked right. I highly recommend this app to everyone!

Love this app, highly recommend Gift Card Pro and know it will be well received by our customers. Tim was great to share the tutorial video, then showed me all the customization elements, setting them up to my preferences prior to making the app live. Thrilled to have the option for customers to add a personalized message video and choose the date and time they want it sent directly to their gift recipient - What fun! I use other apps developed by Tim and Zac and they deliver great customer service. They always respond promptly to questions, ready to troubleshoot if issues arise, to ensure the apps are working well. You can tell they have given much thought to details, understand what customers and their clients want. Both are awesome to work with - Our success is theirs!
