Gift Reggie has been great! Very user friendly on both backend & frontend. There are a ton of options for customizing the registry experience. The customer service team is amazing. They've answered all of our questions quickly, and gone above and beyond in helping us set all our registries up!

We downloaded this app in hopes to bring in more business through the holidays. Jason was kind and worked fast to install for us. We had both the registry and wishlist feature on our website in less than 2 hours after asking for help installing! So excited to have this feature.

I had a major issue with my website due to another app coding error. I had been struggling for anyone to help over 3 days. I reached out to Modd and it was able to be fixed even though it was there error to help get me back up and running! I’m looking forward to use the Gift reg app now and very impressed with the tech support and customer service already! Thank you

We upgraded from a lower tier to expert and are very pleased. Jason & Chris were responsive to our questions and concerns and Chris did a great job customizing our landing page. Looking forward to offering a beautiful and functional gift registry to our customers. After using Gift Registry for a a few years I’m very pleased!

Do your research before using this app and what competitors offer. As much as we're received support from the team, we were unable to get the app going without issues on our storefront and had to pull the pin after 2 weeks of trials. The wishlist operates the same way as the registry and doesn't integrate on quick buy pop-ups.
Hello, thanks for the feedback and I'm sorry you had a bad experience. As we have discussed, we absolutely do support quick buy pop ups. After the team spent several hours customizing your templates, you were simply advised that you may require a developer to complete the integration with your non standard pop up. Each plan comes with an hour of free setup which is more than enough for us to integrate and customize most themes. We have no doubt that Gift Reggie is by far the most flexible registry app for Shopify.

The app is very helpful in adding registries to your website. The app itself is great but the customer service has been top notch and very responsive. I highly recommend this app- very user friendly with the help of their support team.

Gift Reggie is a wonderful registry solution. The integration with my Shopify app was seamless, and the team has been a dream to work with! Danielle helped me make a few changes to the aesthetics and I am very happy with the results! Would definitely recommend using this app!

Customer service is not super helpful when their website app is down and condescending tone to us as a customer. Not impressed. I am one of the people that reported the down app and it was down for more than 45 minutes but that is not what their email reports and I don't feel it is accurate.
