Awful app but even worse when it comes to support. Charged three times for October 2020 subscription ($22.97), deleted the app because it didn't work properly and the developer is refusing any refunds. I can afford it but it is still stealing my money. Install at your own risk. As a backup to my complaint here is a copy of the email from Shopify Support confirming all the charges, this app producer's refusal to allow a refund for the THREE subscriptions and his harassing manner..... Thank you for your patience while I get this sorted for you and I hope you're having a good day! I talked with the developer and they have declined the request for a refund, I had even put this forward to our partner support team and there isn't anything that can be done on the basis that the developer declined the refund which makes it so the system can not allow me to push one through for you. I know this isn't what you were hoping for and I understand how long this whole process has taken for you and for that I truly do empathize. I took a look over the emails you sent me and I can agree that things weren't the most professional on the developers end for sure. Because of this I have escalated this to our Partner support team where they are going to file a complaint with the app developer on your behalf. I apologize that there isn't anything further that can be done and I really do appreciate you giving me the time and a chance to try to get this sorted for you. Hi Carol & Company, Thank you for the review. We have no idea what kind of !REASON! you have but you are not telling the truths and you know that. You are asking for a refund for something you didn't pay. As you can see in your invoice. We are totally ok to arrange a refund 2 times more if you can prove it($22.97) with your invoice. Outstanding customer service!! Every Shopify app developer should be this efficient. I liked the app before but after working with Soner on a minor issue I’m completely sold. The problem was solved within a few hours after notifying them and without any issues. Multiply my 5 stars x 10. Well done guys!

I just subscride for this Gift Wrap Plus and it hit me need. It is very great and easy to use. Btw, can i make the free gift checkbox is checked by default?

I am so impressed with Gift Wrap Plus! They are very easy to work with, and their customer service is top-notch! Soner is incredible and worked with me to ensure adding our gift wrapping options were seamless and easy to understand for our customers! I highly recommend Gift Wrap Plus!

Amazing app... easy to set up and use. REALLY helpful support team too. Highly recommended! If you want to see it working, check out a product on sleepsmug.com and look for the luxury gift box option.

Awesome Gift wrapping and message card app, simple but effective. Really good support as well as I needed some customization to show different products. Recommend to anyone who needs to add a message card or gift wrapping to their site.

This is a pretty cool app. The customer support is excellent, Soner adjusted it exactly to my needs and it works as intended. Exactly what I was looking for. If you're looking for a gift wrap app this is definitely an app that I would recommend. Well done!

Gift Wrap is a good app for adding gift boxes to shop products, even in its free version. But above all, it has an excellent support team!

I had an issue with the gift wrap option not showing up. It was being caused by another app. Support was quick to identify the issue and everything is working great now.

We needed a simple app that would attractively add a gift wrap option to our store. We installed and then uninstalled this app b/c it didn't appear to be as customizable as I suspected. I sent a note to their CS team just to be sure, b/c I really liked the look of their features, and within moments got an email back explaining that they would customize to my specifications. We had an incredibly efficient email dialog and ultimately, the app works exactly as requested. Brilliant CS, great and easy app, best out there for gift wrap by far!

Not only is the app brilliant but the customer support is the best I have seen from a Shopify app provider - We asked if the app could be customised to meet our stores needs and it was done without any problems. Really would recommend to anyone offering a gift wrap service

I am very happy with the response time and dedicated customer service. They are easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure the app was compliant with the existing apps running in my shop. Great service! Highly recommend!
