This app was working perfectly until 2 weeks ago. I reached out to support and they stated my theme (which hasn't changed), no longer can support this app. The "Is this a gift" shows briefly on the product then disappears. Very disappointed in the lack of support with this app.

This app was great until few weeks ago when it stopped working properly and there is no support answering my messages/emails.
