I cannot say how pleased I am with Sid and this app. We've driven over $10k of revenue in a couple weeks. Here's what we did: 1 - Surveyed our customers and offered them $25 for taking surveys. We improved our businesses, and the AOV for the redeemed gift cards is over $200 2 - Started giving 10% cash back in our brick and mortar. The way the customer can get this is by registering on an iPad. Now we have our walk-in customers' information + marketing privileges 3 - Customer winback drip sequences. Thankful to find this solution for issuing gift cards in bulk for our online company store. Sid provided kind and professional support throughout all of our questions, and we were able to curate a custom email and redeem page to send out the auto-generated gift card codes. After the campaign was sent, we were able to see the numerous code redemptions on the bulk cards performance page in the app in real-time, giving us the information we needed to determine the success of this promotion we held. We've been using GiftKart for a few months now, and extremely happy with the app and service. For a large brand like ours that sends a large amount of Gift Cards, we wanted a stable app that could handle our volume and the customizations we wanted. After evaluating all the apps, we finalized GiftKart because not only does it have the best in class features, but it also had the best pricing. We've been using them for E-Gift Cards and for various contests and campaigns. They have a lot of functionality that's helped with retention as well. And if that wasn't enough, these guys keep innovating and building new features. Can't recommend it enough

We really appreciate the functionality that GiftKart provides for our shop. The functionality to schedule or even just send a gift card to a specified recipient really should be a basic functionality included in Shopify. Sid has also been a joy to work with, very friendly and extremely quick to help out if we have any questions or need any additional functionality built into the app. I will say that the app does seem to always be rapidly changing. This is impressive and we are happy that we continue to get even more value with our subscription, but I do also worry a bit that something will break with how rapidly things are updated. That said, so far it has worked consistently and without issue. I would absolutely recommend GiftKart to anyone who needs a better gift card experience than what Shopify provides.

These folks are totally amazing. Seriously, the app works great with tons of options. You have no idea how outstanding the customer service is. They listen but also makes it happen. All I can say is thank you Tim and staff. If you are looking for a bundle app. Definitely use this one.

If you are looking for a gift card app that is easy to use and has a ton of features, this is it! The customer service is outstanding. We had a customer reach out with some questions that I wasn't sure of how to answer. I immediately reached out via chat support to Sid, and received a response within 5 minutes that solved my issue. We have gift cards in our store during the busy holiday season, and although we will be uninstalling the app due to low performance of the gift cards and the fact that some of the features don't apply to us since our product is not returnable, we would highly recommend and will consider piloting one more time during the next busy holiday season. Thank you Sid for a wonderfully designed app and for superb customer service!
