The app works great and big kudos to Sid and team! They were extremely responsive and helpful with all setup needed along the way. They also accommodated all requests regarding customization quickly, turning them around in less than 24 hours!

We found out about Giftkart when we were looking for a gift card app that can be customized with our own branding elements, while keeping things simple. Sid was of great help to us, providing support to our development team with any questions we had during the rollout process, and taking in feedback from us on suggested improvements and feature requests.

This app has been so helpful for our team. Really gets the job done and support team has been a game changer in making sure everything is perfect for our customers. I did not know how important that would be for us and I'm so glad we went with this app. Sid really helped me out when I was in a pinch to launch new gift card options. Really appreciate how the pricing does not take a percentage of sales which is almost always more expensive. Highly recommend!!!

I love App Developers that personally care about their customers and go above and beyond to help me understand and benefit from the app as much as possible. The basic plan has lots of options for our growing business and when I had some questions about customization Sid was kind and helpful throughout and went above and beyond. The app itself is very easy to navigate and is self explanatory. I've done a lot of research on different apps of this type and did try out 2 others before settling on this one and I'm very happy with it and confident that if ever I have an issue, someone will be there to guide me through it. We used this app to help with issuing a reward for shopping early in our Black Friday to customers and it worked perfectly. Sid was highly responsive and even helped customize an option to make the app work as we needed for the promotion. We plan to continue using it for our eGift card and store credit as the functionality is brilliant!

Shopify's native gift card experience is not great. This app completely fixes it, the code is sent directly to your recipient, on a specific date and you can include a message and VIDEO! Ended up choosing GiftKart as they offered basically the same features as another, more expensive app, for a lower cost. It's been a great experience, and they are very helpful, hands on, and quick to respond to questions.

Love the GiftKart app! We have been looking for a gift card experience that was more personal and could connect directly to the recipient. We are able to achieve that with this app. It has a lot of customization options yielding a great look and feel and allows for a good amount of personalization. Also, the support team is amazing. Really great communication and assistance as needed. I highly recommend GiftKart.
