I've been super pleased with this app. I appreciate all of the features jam packed into this single app - I feel that I am getting a value for my money. My favorite feature is the build-a-box, which, simply put, makes buying more product easier for my customers. When I have had to reach out to support, response time has been prompt and issues resolved quickly and easily. It's a fantastic, do-it-all gifting app.

Fantastic app and a great support team. Tom and Zac have worked tirelessly to customise the app to meet our business needs - even organising a zoom meeting at a moments notice to talk through functionality. Fantastic date picker and gift message options that means we’ve completely moved away from our legacy ‘cart notes’ model which presented its fair share of customer friction. Would highly recommend this app and team. Thanks again Tim and team.

These folks are totally amazing. Seriously, the app works great but they spent almost a week perfecting for our store. You have no idea how outstanding the customer service is. They listen but also makes it happen. All I can say is thank you Tim and staff. If you are looking for a bundle app. Definitely use this one.

I highly recommend Giftship! I was looking for a solution that provided gift message, gift wrap upsell, and multi-ship functionalities all in one, and Giftship delivered. Alright, let me break down my full experience with GiftShip. I first came across this app 1 year ago, and I implemented it on my website. I knew exactly what I wanted, but back then they did not have it all the capabilities, and I ended up leaving. We just recently came back to GiftShip, and the difference in capability, workflow, and a huge improvement in UX has been tremendous. Picking any paid service is like picking a partner in business, and we are very careful with that. We try to pick wisely. Now, congratulations to the team on the massive growth, and major improvements in the platform. And also for Tim, for being an awesome Merchant Support filled with wise coding knowledge and fast turnaround. The company is lucky to have you!

I wish every app developer was as responsive, prompt, and helpful as Giftship's team! Stella, Mateo, and Tim helped me work through several issues specific to making the app work for my needs. They even helped adjust the text alignment to match my product pages better, along with the padding around their app's added text on my product pages, creating a much more built-in, custom appearance. In regards to the functionality itself, it's flawless. I changed text fields and prompts within the "Manage Translations" portion of the back-end of the app to make it really work well with my store. And, I love that it splits the gifts into separate orders, which pull perfectly into ShipStation. While it may not be the least expensive app out there, it's worth every dollar!
