My business uses this app exclusively for the Product Options feature and it's been really helpful. We've run into a few issues over the past few years but customer support has been timely. Most recently we needed help with customizing the packing slip and received a custom template in just hours!

Happy with the app and support provided so far. We wanted to customize the datepicker text formatting and Tim from their support team edited the theme code for us and was a big help. The ship to multiple address and datepicker are important additions to our site during the holidays.

We think this is a great App. More importantly , our customers actively use the features it provides. Even better, the customer service is really great. They respond to my queries quickly and effectively. Not just by answering questions but by helping to solve my problems for me. I've been super pleased with this app. I appreciate all of the features jam packed into this single app - I feel that I am getting a value for my money. My favorite feature is the build-a-box, which, simply put, makes buying more product easier for my customers. When I have had to reach out to support, response time has been prompt and issues resolved quickly and easily. It's a fantastic, do-it-all gifting app.

Fantastic app and a great support team. Tom and Zac have worked tirelessly to customise the app to meet our business needs - even organising a zoom meeting at a moments notice to talk through functionality. Fantastic date picker and gift message options that means we’ve completely moved away from our legacy ‘cart notes’ model which presented its fair share of customer friction. Would highly recommend this app and team. Thanks again Tim and team.

These folks are totally amazing. Seriously, the app works great but they spent almost a week perfecting for our store. You have no idea how outstanding the customer service is. They listen but also makes it happen. All I can say is thank you Tim and staff. If you are looking for a bundle app. Definitely use this one.

I highly recommend Giftship! I was looking for a solution that provided gift message, gift wrap upsell, and multi-ship functionalities all in one, and Giftship delivered. Not only is their app great, but the customer service has been phenomenal. Their team has extremely prompt responses and go above and beyond to help.
