We were looking for a way to offer gifting for our subscription product, which has a fairly nuanced setup and presents a few unique challenges. After testing and reviewing multiple apps, Givy was the only one that could actually support what we needed. The Givy team was incredibly helpful from the start and jumped into troubleshooting with us, thinking outside the box, and working through the details until everything functioned the way we envisioned. It definitely wasn’t a one-size-fits-all use case, and they helped throughout the process. What’s stood out the most is how responsive and communicative they’ve continued to be. Having real people who are easy to reach and quick to help makes such a difference, especially when you’re trying to fine-tune a more complex setup. If you need a gifting solution and your requirements aren’t totally standard, we can’t recommend Givy enough.

Great product! We use this product for digital gift redemption and it works incredibly smooth. It's very intuitive and we have had zero issues with our customers using it and understanding the flow. The setup was easy and the support from Givvy was very good. Highly recommend!

First, we loved the app as it is. But then we had a "non-conventional" :) request for functionality from Givy as a charity. Givvy has been excellent for our businesses gifting needs. Out of the box, it's intuitive and easy to use. We love how sleek it is for customers checking out, and the ease of set up. But what has impressed us the most is their customer service. Givy is a fantastic resource, and their customer service is truly top-notch!
