First, we loved the app as it is. But then we had a "non-conventional" :) request for functionality from Givy as a charity. The team was really responsive and helped us get to the best solution in time for a key deadline we had. Really helpful, great product and good experience. Thank you JP and team.

Givvy has been excellent for our businesses gifting needs. Out of the box, it's intuitive and easy to use. We love how sleek it is for customers checking out, and the ease of set up. But what has impressed us the most is their customer service. JP and the Givvy team has gone above and beyond to always quickly address any questions or help we needed, as well as help us make the app work with our unique business model. Don't hesitate to download the app and work with Givvy, they are wonderful!

This is the most customizable gift card app I’ve worked with on Shopify. The developer is incredibly quick and helpful with any issues you run into!

Givy is a fantastic resource, and their customer service is truly top-notch! I needed help with a couple of items after creating my eGift card, and their team responded quickly, resolved everything efficiently, and went above and beyond to make the process easy. I highly recommend Givy for anyone looking to offer digital gift cards with excellent support behind the scenes!

We’ve been using Givy on our Shopify store and it’s been a fantastic addition to our customer experience. The setup was super simple, and within minutes we were up and running with both digital gift cards and a smooth gifting flow. Our customers love the ability to send gifts directly to friends and family, especially with the customizable notes and delivery options. The Givy team has also been incredibly responsive and helpful anytime we’ve had questions. If you're looking to offer digital gifting or boost gift card sales on your store, Givy is a no-brainer. Customer Service is excellent. If you are looking for a more robust solution for your store then the out of box Shopify cards then Givy could be for you. The other part that I like is that they are releasing new functions to improve the app.
