Customer Service is excellent. If you are looking for a more robust solution for your store then the out of box Shopify cards then Givy could be for you. The other part that I like is that they are releasing new functions to improve the app.

Givy helped expedite the launch of Daily Harvest’s gifting experience just in time for our first holiday season offering no-subscription-required bundles.
