Exceptional Support – Helen went above and beyond! I had an incredible experience with GLO customer support. Helen was exceptionally helpful, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was her willingness to help with a feature that GLO doesn't even officially support. Instead of just saying "no," she took the time to locate exactly where it was within my Shopify theme. She provided clear, step-by-step instructions accompanied by screenshots, making the technical parts very easy to follow. It is rare to find this level of dedication and care in customer service. Highly recommend!

Helen was amazing! This was my first time receiving such fast and genuinely helpful support from a Shopify app. My issue was fixed at 4 AM in just 10 minutes. I honestly wish I had reached out to support earlier. Definitely staying with this app from now on!

This is a great app, I was able to customize it in a convenient way and the support (Helen) was extremely helpful and responsive. The result looks great compared to standard variant pickers.
