Good support experience. Sarah and the GLO team were helpful in checking our technical questions with their development team and providing CSS solutions for our Shopify theme integration. We especially appreciated their help with hiding single-value options and preventing Dawn’s native variant picker from flashing before GLO loads. Some of our more technical questions required a few follow-ups, but the team remained friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Great app and excellent customer support! They responded very quickly and fixed my issue just as fast. Special shout out to Sarah for really understanding my requests and working with the development team to make everything work the way I needed. The Product Group feature is by far my favorite function! It makes it so much easier to display all the products from each collection directly on the related product listing pages. This has been extremely helpful for organizing our collections and helping customers discover matching products. Really happy with the app and the support team!

Sarah from the support team was very responsive and provided steps on how to adjust a certain setting on our website. She even included a screenshot with annotations to make the process that much more quick and easy for me. Definitely five stars!

Am loving this app as many of my products are often sold out in certain sizes so wanted an app that would show directly below the product of what sizes were left so customers didn't have to click into each product to figure it out. Am not very techie and Sarah was an angel and helped me install it through the chat. Great response and great help. Love it!
