Amazing customer support! The team is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. Excellent support! Our older Vela theme didn’t show the swatches, so we contacted the support team. Even though it was evening at their location and the developers were on their night shift, Mike and his team integrated the swatches into our theme very quickly. Everything works perfectly now: swatches with variant images, correct image switching, and add to cart. Friendly, fast, and free of charge. Highly recommended!

Contacted Mike via chat today while frustrated trying to remove a feature from the collection pages which was affecting my ability to move theme blocks in the theme editor. Minutes later Mike had the issue solved! What a relief. Impressed with the world-class service!
