The default color selector in my theme was way too basic, and Globo Color Swatch was the only app that actually allowed me to get the look I wanted. It works perfectly, but what really impressed me was the customer service team; they helped me personally to make sure everything integrated correctly with my store. If you're struggling with your theme's limitations, this is definitely the app to get

This app has saved me countless hours of product setup time. It works great. And support, especially Clara, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The app was setup and running very quickly.

I worked with Mike trying to get the Globo Product Options Appreciate to do what I needed for swatches for my Shopify store. After a bunch of testing we determined that I needed the Clobo Color Swatch App. He was helpful courteous and stuck with it to solve my problem. Once I installed the Globo Color Swatch App everything started working. I had one other issue and chatted with Annie who was able to quickly resolve it. The support team was outstanding and the products are excellent.

I had a great experience using the Globo Color Swatch app. It really helped improve the overall look of my collection pages by displaying product variants in a much more elegant and user-friendly way. A special thanks to Annie for her amazing support — she was very helpful and patient in guiding me through the setup and quickly resolved the issues I was facing.

The support is very helpful, especially Annie. She is fast to respond. However the time difference make it hard to coordinate. Also the chat always restarts if you move around Shopify.

Globo has been absolutely brilliant for us. The app itself works really well, but what has impressed us most is the support. We have a custom requirement on our store, and each time we update our theme we usually need to get back in touch for a little help getting everything lined up again. Every single time, the Globo team responds incredibly quickly, always with a positive attitude, and gets the issue sorted so fast it is honestly like the problem never even existed in the first place. That kind of support is worth its weight in gold when you are trying to keep a busy store running smoothly. Highly recommended, both for the app and for the team behind it. And a special shout out to Helen, Helen, you are fantastic!
