Getting the colors to show was a bit fiddly for me, but eventually it worked. Then I ran into a theme conflict which I couldn't solve myself. I reached out to the customer support and they reacted promptly and solved the issue right away. Even helped me understand how to troubleshoot myself should I switch themes.
