So many bugs, and the support experience has been extremely disappointing. Helen was trying to help me, but responses were very slow and it often felt like she didn't fully understand the issue. I believe my problem wasn't particularly unusual or complex, so I expected a resolution much sooner. Instead, it has now been over 24 hours and the issue is still not resolved. I was actively chatting with Helen while she was supposedly seeking assistance from her team. After waiting around 30 minutes for an update, I sent another message and immediately received an automated response saying that support staff were offline It's incredibly frustrating when a relatively simple issue that is directly impacting conversions takes more than a full day to resolve. For an app that businesses rely on for sales, support response times and issue resolution need to be much better.
