The support is very helpful, especially Annie. She is fast to respond. However the time difference make it hard to coordinate. Also the chat always restarts if you move around Shopify.
Helen replied to my questions quickly and professionally. It’s great to know this app is optimized for Shopify so it doesn't negatively impact page speed, which is crucial for customers' experience. This is our first day using the app, and so far, we are impressed. We look forward to seeing how it performs in the long run.

Grazie Sarah :) The app might benefit from some improvements, it might require a steep learning curve. Luckily the tech support is extraordinary. Good app but a bit glitchy sometimes. Support does solve your problems very fast, but you have to be checking the proper functionality time to time.
It’s good, even the free version for me was enough of what I need which is just the quantity bundles with dropdown menu. Could’ve saved me a lot of money if I used it earlier. Customer service pretty good
