What impressed me most was her willingness to help with a feature that GLO doesn't even officially support. Instead of just saying "no," she took the time to locate exactly where it was within my Shopify theme. She provided clear, step-by-step instructions accompanied by screenshots, making the technical parts very easy to follow. It is rare to find this level of dedication and care in customer service. Highly recommend!
