The features offered by this app allowed me to achieve the look I wanted on my product pages beyond what Shopify could. Their support team were very quick to help with a small issue I was experiencing. Thanks a lot

We used Globo Color Swatches to set up custom color swatches via hex codes on a Shopify store, and it worked beautifully. The interface is clear, the features are powerful, and setup was surprisingly smooth. We especially appreciated the ability to style variant swatches without using image files. When we ran into a theme-related image display issue, the support team was quick to respond and confirm it wasn’t caused by the app itself. Highly recommend this app for anyone needing a reliable, flexible swatch solution!

l'applicazione non è super semplice da usare, possono succedere incidenti, per fortuna l'assistenza è veloce e buona. Grazie Sarah :) The app might benefit from some improvements, it might require a steep learning curve. Luckily the tech support is extraordinary. Andrew is an absolute piece of gold, the most patient and focused assistant I could wish for. Thanks thanks thanks. If you go for president of the galaxy you have my vote.

Amazing app and even better support! I had a store-wide issue I initially thought was caused by GLO Swatches, but after contacting support, Sara went out of her way to investigate and follow up. She was kind, responsive, and professional throughout the process. It turned out the problem wasn’t with the app at all, but Sara’s help gave me clarity and saved me hours of stress. The app itself is super clean, well-integrated, and makes variant presentation look so much more professional. Highly recommend both the app and the support team behind it. Thank you, Sara!

The app broke the page's code. Even after uninstalling it, the residual code keeps causing errors, and there's no support chat available.

We use the app for Color Swatches and Quantity Breaks – both work great. We initially had an issue with the quantity selector for Quantity Breaks, but the support team (especially Sara and Andrew) was incredibly friendly, helpful, and resolved the problem quickly. Excellent customer service!
