Excellent service from Gemma at Globo! I recently had an issue with the Glo Swatches, and thankfully, I was assisted by Gemma from Globo. From the very first contact, she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to listen to my problem and provided a clear, step-by-step solution that worked perfectly. Her knowledge of the product and her patience in explaining everything made the process smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate her professional and friendly approach. Thanks to Gemma’s outstanding service, I know I’ll be choosing Globo again in the future. Highly recommended!

Cette application a complètement transformé ma boutique Shopify ! Elle permet d'ajouter facilement des variantes de couleur et de taille, et tout s'intègre parfaitement avec le design de mes pages produits. Mais ce qui m'a vraiment impressionné, c'est le service client. J'avais quelques questions sur la configuration, et Sarah m'a répondu en un temps record, avec des solutions claires et efficaces. Leur réactivité est incroyable, et ils sont toujours là pour aider. Franchement, si vous cherchez une application pour gérer vos variantes de produits tout en bénéficiant d'un support client au top, n'hésitez pas, c'est celle-ci qu'il vous faut !

I recently contacted Shopify support regarding an issue I was having with my store, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional. The app worked fine out of the gate but needed a little support development work to get properly accomplished. The Dev team was awesome and supported our needs multiple times and got the job done. Very happy with the custom app supported by the glob team.

The customer service is excellent! No matter what question you have, they are always ready to assist you. If there's something they can't solve directly through the app, they even go the extra mile by customizing a solution for your store. That's truly impressive and makes the experience even better!
