GLO Color Swatch Variant Image

Customer service super

Amazing app and even better support! I had a store-wide issue I initially thought was caused by GLO Swatches, but after contacting support, Sara went out of her way to investigate and follow up. She was kind, responsive, and professional throughout the process. It turned out the problem wasn’t with the app at all, but Sara’s help gave me clarity and saved me hours of stress. The app itself is super clean, well-integrated, and makes variant presentation look so much more professional. Highly recommend both the app and the support team behind it. Thank you, Sara!

Excellent app with amazing and fast customer service! Sarah was so helpful and quick at managing our colour variants on our shopify store.

Sarah is killing it. No matter how dumb questions i had she was always helpful and understanding! Thank you again Sarah!

Nice service from Sarah

Excellent App, and the support team is also very helpful!

muy bien

I had some questions about the app, and when I reached out, I got a quick response and the issue was resolved in no time. I really appreciate Sarah’s clear explanation and helpful support!

We use the app for Color Swatches and Quantity Breaks – both work great. We initially had an issue with the quantity selector for Quantity Breaks, but the support team (especially Sara and Andrew) was incredibly friendly, helpful, and resolved the problem quickly. Excellent customer service!

Sarah is always really helpful and quick to respond. Whenever I run into an issue, she works efficiently to find a solution that looks good and works well! Would definitely recommend.
