We have been using for a few years and very happy with the app. The app has provided the functions we need. We had a small issue recently. Support team fixed and resolved quickly so as not to impact production. Great product and support is very responsive. Just be aware of timezone differences if you are in the America's.

Free plan is good enough till you have 100 products. Post that the paid plans do make it convenient. Good support too! I had an issue regarding swatches not showing on certain products. Jay was very quick to help and offer a solution. Highly recommend!

They gave me perfect service, even though I am on the free plan! The swatches works and looks great, and are just as intuitive as you'd want. Important to note is that the free version only supports one language, a detail I missed.

I just started to use Glo with my online shop and want to admit a support team who helped with issue that I had. Thanks guys for prompt respond and helping in resolving my request! Great, Globo always were here by mail when I contacted them for help, they have a great service, trustful, patient and this app offers the option I need to make my website better so I'm glad about it, also they make updates really often to always improve, BIG thank you to all the staff from globo, Helen, Sarah, David, Jay, Ariya! I have been using Shopify for quite awhile and have installed many Apps over that time. I must say I have just had the best experience with GLO Color Swatches...particularly with the Consultant named Sarah! I live in Australia, so one of the biggest hurdles is overcoming problems when most support teams are offline. Even though it was the weekend...Sarah was able to install my App and make some necessary changes for me. She was the most helpful, kind, and professional consultant I have found so far. I had to call on Sarah a 2nd and 3rd time, and each time she was extremely helpful and resolved all of my requests in a very timely manner. I also received help from Jay and I couldn't be more impressed by the professionalism by the whole team. Thank you to Glo Color Swatch for your awesome App...and a huge thank you to Sarah, and her team, for being so patient and kind to me.

thank you Globo Support Team for helping me add color swatches to variant products, also the help docs you sent me which make it easy to understand how to do this if I get stuck. Also for the help docs for Sync logic for Globo Filter app, now I understand the sync logic. Thank you Sarah, Annie, Clara and Helpdesk for your GREAT support for non-technical person like me!

Highly recommend this app. We needed an issue fixing and the support team were fast with their response and resolved the issue quickly despite it being midnight on their end. Great app, amazing communication, thank you.

Excelente servicio al cliente. Resolvieron mi problema y pude organizar la página de producto cómo quería. Estaba estresado por porque la app no funcionaba bien con mi tema pero el soporte solucionó el inconveniente y ahora la app funciona muy bien con el tema que uso (Sofine Theme) . Mil gracias.
