I had an issue where the swatches didn't want to show up, basically in a lightbox. They were working in the product page but not in a specific lightbox. I contacted them and they quickly resolved my issue, and initially got in touch with me in less than 12 hours. They are very good at supporting the app. Thank you.

We are very pleased with the Color Swatch functionality of Globo. It worked easy and fast. Even when we had some issues at first, being at the free tier did not mind them to help us within minutes. We use this app to give our variants a better and nicer styling in the front end. i haven't experiment yet with the variant images, but the buttons and color swatches are perfect for us. All the credits for all of you. Keep on going!

We used this app for the color swatches on our product page. It's a great app and Sarah helped us install it on our product page properly. The swatches look good and accurate; we can add images if we want. It makes a huge difference in customer experience. Highly recommend this app!
